Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. US orders ship from US warehouses and typically arrive within 2-7 business days after processing. Australia and New Zealand orders typically take 8-15 business days. Every order includes tracking - if tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at ashensw@gmail.com. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 30 days of the delivery estimate for a replacement or full refund. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary during peak seasons.
